Exhibit Store is a premier marketplace for digital 3D model files. Exhibit exclusively specializes in providing an unusually diverse amount of 3D items and models to cater to various needs and preferences. Exhibit does not sell or ship physical products, and accordingly, all operations are based on digital items only.

Before making a purchase, we recommend that you thoroughly review our terms and conditions, which apply to all products available on our platform.

We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience, utilizing SSL encryption via Stripe payment gateway for all transactions. Stripe payment gateway is trusted and reliable, accepting various credit and debit cards from different countries.

Rest assured that your payment details are not stored during the transaction process.

Refund and store credit

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://e-exhibit.com
are non-refundable or exchangeable. However, Exhibit offers refunds in some cases.

We will grant store credit in the following cases:

● The product substantially deviates from its description and/or preview images.
● Essential parts, details, or files are absent from the model, not including instances where the issue arises from format exchange limitations.
● If you have filed a complaint and have not received a response within the three-business-day window
● The design contains technical issues that prevent production/manufacturing.

When requesting store credit, please indicate the purchase order number, the problem encountered, and the software and file formats used. After receiving a refund request, Exhibit commits to process the request within 3 business days. In case the refund request is granted as store credit, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.

Delivery of services

We are committed to delivering high-quality 3D items and models, and our teams are dedicated to addressing any quality-related issues that may arise. If you experience any problems with your purchase, kindly submit your concern to customer.care@e-exhibit.com within 7 days of your purchase date based on the following reasons:

● If the download button is broken
● If the downloaded product files are corrupted and not readable
● If the displayed item is different from the downloaded item
● If you do not receive the digital product email upon purchasing or it has not been made available, you can immediately contact customer.care@e-exhibit.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Changes to this refund policy

Exhibit reserves the right to modify or change the terms outlined in this document at any time, at our discretion. We will provide notification of any updates via the Services or email, and the revised agreement will be effective immediately upon notification. The latest version of the agreement will display the effective date at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Services after the latest version date, you agree to accept the updated terms. To stay informed, we suggest reviewing this agreement periodically for any updates or modifications.
